Christopher Willard, Psy. D. is a clinical psychologist with nearly twenty years of meditation experience. He is the author of multiple books including Growing Up Mindful, two mindfulness books for teens, four card decks and more. He serves on the board of directors at the Institute for Meditation & Psychotherapy and the Mindfulness in Education Network, and his work has appeared in Mindful, The New York Times, The Washington Post and elsewhere. He leads workshops worldwide and serves on the faculty of Harvard Medical School.
