Lisa Wimberger is the founder of the Neurosculpting Institute. When a childhood trauma led to blackouts, seizures, anxiety, and depression, Lisa invented neurosculpting, a form of meditation that combines mindfulness and cutting-edge neuroscience. She holds a MA in education from Stony Brook University and a certificate in medical neuroscience through Duke University. Lisa runs a private meditation practice in Colorado, where she teaches clients suffering from stress disorders, and she is a faculty member of Kripalu Yoga and Meditation Center, as well as the Law Enforcement Survival Institute. She is the author of several books and articles, including NEUROSCULPTING: A Whole-Brain Approach to Heal Trauma, Rewrite Limiting Beliefs, and Find Wholeness.
