Lodro's bio:

Lodro Rinzler is a teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. He began meditating as a child and sat retreats as a teenager. During his college years, Lodro became a Vajrayana student of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He also established Buddhist House at Wesleyan University, where he began teaching meditation. After college, he became Executive Director of the Boston Shambhala Center, and led numerous workshops around the United States. Lodro served as the Head of Development for Shambhala before founding the Institute for Compassionate Leadership and MNDFL, NYC’s premier drop-in meditation studio. He’s spoken at meditation centers, businesses, college campuses, and locations as diverse as Google, Harvard University, and Capitol Hill. Lodro is also the author of five books on meditation, including the best-selling “The Buddha Walks into a Bar…"
