The bite-sized meditations in this collection are for when you’ve gone through every possible excuse and you’re finally ready to give in and enjoy the shortest possible route to calm. Whether you’re standing in line at the grocery store, dealing with unexpected news, needing a productivity boost at work, these meditations will give you what you need in the moment. These are primarily breath focused meditations.

 
 
 
 

We’ve heard it a thousand times: “I have no time to meditate!” Many think that meditation requires hours upon hours of contemplative silence—but in today’s world, who’s got that much time to spare? Even a few brief moments of quiet can do wonderful things for your mind, your body, and your patience.

Each meditation in this collection is between two and three minutes; all you need to do is take a few deep breaths and listen, whether you’re sitting, standing, or even walking. These are for you to carry with you on the go, when you have zero minutes to spare.  This is the ‘no excuses’ collection.

Research shows that a commitment a daily practice is more important than meditating for longer periods less often. Enjoy this great little collection of (even littler!) meditations.
